No Country for old man - Review.

Monday, July 21, 2008

“No Country for Old Men,” adapted by Joel and Ethan Coen from Cormac McCarthy’s novel, is bleak, scary and relentlessly violent. The character of Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), a deadpan sociopath with a funny haircut, will feed many a nightmareThe punch line comes when he blows a hole in your head with the pneumatic device he prefers to a conventional firearm. Tommy lee jones plays an old sheriff who is in search of Anton and another man, played by James Brolin(who was on the run.)

Plot: A man finds a bag full of money in a place where the illegal drug deal went wrong and another killer follows him(obviously for the money!) killing everyone on his way.

The movie sans dialogues as u can understand everything(really cinematography shld be appreciated). The way the killer has be portrayed is the best about this movie.

Ill give 7.2/10(:) i felt the movie is slow)
Meet you with another review soon...
