His legacy will Live on. ....

Los Angeles, June 25: It’s a sad day for music lovers as Michael Jackson, the sensationally gifted child star who rose to become the ‘King of Pop’ and the biggest celebrity in the world only to fall from his throne in a freakish series of scandals, died Thursday. He was 50.

A music genius, who got the world grooving to his signature style and heart thumping numbers, Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center after being stricken at his rented home in Holmby Hills. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him at his home for nearly three-quarters of an hour, then rushed him to the hospital, where doctors continued to work on him.

"It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known," his brother Jermaine said. Police said they were investigating, standard procedure in high-profile cases.

Jackson's death brought a tragic end to a long, bizarre, sometimes farcical decline from his peak in the 1980s, when he was popular music's premier all-around performer, a uniter of black and white music who shattered the race barrier on MTV, dominated the charts and dazzled even more on stage.

Masilamani - Full of dust.

One of the following should be true about the Director

1)Director should be a vijay fan.
2) He should have seen vijay movies lately so as to present the audiences with a mass entertainer.

In recent times Vijay's own formula is not at all paying him handful. So, as a matter of fact i think the director relies hugely on the production company "sun pictures" than his own story.Everyone who has been a follower of tamil movies will realise in no time that how much "Masilamani" is influenced from "Thulladhamanamum thullum","pudhiya gheethai",and other vijay sentiments ( like hero being friendly with a Girl child. We would have seen the same sentiments in sachin,ATM etc..)To say the truth, i went for the movie for heroin alone, but i felt disappointed. Sunaina has been potrayed as a dance school student/teacher. I dont think she did enough justice to the character she plays. In case of Nakul there are no surprises,He once again proves that he is a directors hero. But this time the story lets him down heavily.MS baskar, santhanam CHips in now and then only to remind us that we are sleeping inside the theatre. I wish production houses like sun pictures encourage the art of cinema ,than just making mass entertainers for the sake of making money.

My advice is to thrash it and wait for the movie to be released on your tv channels.
4/10

See you with another movie
